COD FISH WITH BLACK OLIVE ,GRILL VEGETABLE AND OLIVE OIL BRAISED TOMATOES



RECIPE FOR 4 PORTION

INGREDIENTS:

Cod fish ,bell pepper, eggplant,tomato,black olive,basil, coriander, lime juice , chili oil , garlic , rocket leaf salt and pepper.

PROCEDURE:

Vegetable : clean & slice the zucchini, paprika, eggplant and grill until cooked.marinated with the rest of the fish marinated, layer and plate.

Fish : marinated the fish for 24 hours in a marinate out of basil ,coriander,lime juice and chili oil.trim the cod fish and seasoning with salt before frying in a hot pan for 3 minutes each side until brown.cover the fish with chopped olive.

Tomatoes : peel and cut the tomatoes into fillet,season the fillet with basil ,garlic, and salt and cover the tomatoes with olive oil.braised for 1 hour at low heat until cooked well.at to the dish.

Finishing : layer the vegetable and add to the plate. Place the fish on top, tomato around ,springkle the rest of the fish marinate around and marinate rocket leave with little of marinate and place on the top o the fish.

CELERY PURE SOUP






• Onion slice or chop
• Celery root
• Whipping cream ( 1 ltr )
• Fresh milk ( 1 ltr)
• Seasoning
• Polenta
• Corn flour

Methods :
Sautee onion until soft, put celery root and wait until soft. put cream and fresh milk and chicken stock.seasonig wit salt pepper and chicken powder .add with polenta and corn flour.
