seafood bouillabaisse

Fish stock
Fennel
Carrot
Zucchini
White wine
Seafood: shrimp
Scallop
Squid
Salmon
Snapper
Saffron

Methode: all vegetable brunoase cut.and seafood cube cut. And combin together.and put salt and pepper.

Fish stock:
Tomato + spring onion + onion + snapper fish + white wine.+ ice cube and cold
Water +salt and pepper.combine together .all ingredient big cut ( cube)
